Sasquatch Research Field Report 01-22-13

by Michael on January 26, 2013

This Colorado Bigfoot Investigations of the Rockies Field Report shows a series of pictures
that Robin Roberts and Tony Lombardo took on 01/21/13, at one of the research spots
where a 17 inch foot print and clump of black hair was previously found

This is a good sized mesa with steep cliffs surrounding it.  The hair and print was found on top of the northern part of the mesa close to the edge.  The area surrounding the top of the mesa has tall pines and huge boulders that have broken away from the cliffs.

The intent was to find a way down to explore the north area where the pines and boulders were.

When they were looking for a way down Tony heard something.  Both used their binoculars.  Again something was heard but not sure what it was.  Hopefully this was recorded on Tony’s audio.  Robin whistled and knocked but nothing more.

They continued to look and found a spot to get down into an area that looked like there was some tree breaks.  After looking around and photographing, the two rock climbed back up to the top of the mesa. This is what they found:

Photo 1 shows one of the two bones found.  Not from the same animal.

Photo 7 shows a water source that is coming from a spring going down into the ravine, which could be a year round water source.

They went and explored the southern area of the mesa and found caves and a water source that may be year round.  The plan is to come back with other SIR investigators and explore more in depth.

Hello, I live in Mississippi and am a member of the GCBRO. I have been researching since 2009 and have had a couple of encounters-howls, whoops and rock throwing in wildlife management areas here in Mississippi and one in a National Forest. I am planning on moving up to the FT Collins/ Loveland area in a couple of years and would like to meet some like-minded researchers.
