Sasquatch Investigations of the Rockies is the only Bigfoot research group whose origins are in Colorado.
We reside in beautiful Parker, Colorado, which is south of Denver near the Palmer Divide.
Our researchers focus on the Rocky Mountains. All our evidence is from Colorado and it is our own. Our best asset is our willingness to spend weeks in the field year-round, regardless of the weather conditions.
This is why we are so successful. We study our friends in their natural environment.
We pride ourselves in trying to be a friend to them always. No strings attached. Harming one or associating with people who do so knowingly has never been an option. It has been and always will be friendship first, evidence second.
This approach has allowed us a glimpse into their world. We have forged strong friendships as a result of patience and caring. We share what we receive in hopes it will educate you in their ways respectfully.
When we are in their home, they are treated with the same dignity and respect everyone should be entitled to by right in our great country. Anything less in our eyes is and always will be unacceptable.
Our goals are to push for more openness within the Bigfoot research community and to present evidence that will help in protection efforts of this unknown, iconic species.

I grew up in western Pennsylvania but have been living in Arvada for 24 years. I have had several incidents when I was young and have had an obsession with sasquatch’s ever since. I used to spend a bunch of time in the woods but am just now starting to get back to nature. The ridicule that I have received over the years (even from my own family) has not caused me to doubt they are out there. I would like to be a part of a research group that continues the ongoing search for this very elusive creature.

I was wondering, has anyone thought of using DRONES for researching this elusive animal? I think it would greatly improve your odds of collecting valuable data. Anyway, it’s just a thought to help locate, film and ultimately protect everyone, including this elusive animal

I live in Colorado. Years ago, 1977 or 1978, while riding horse back on the Pacific Crest Trail in Washington State. I was near Canada and 16 miles from any road. I ran across huge tracks in the mud approxinate 18 in.by 8 in. Very large toes and no claw marks. I was on the devil stair case so turned around and got out of there fast. I have hunted and lived in Alaska and all over the west. I have killed large bears but never seen tracks like these! This has haunted me ever since. I spend the summers in the Colorado mountains fishing and looking for tracks.

I have had several encounters with the “night people” since 2009. I have communicated with them only a couple of times in native American Salish and once in English. I have only heard them speak English once (mimic??) I bring them food when I am in their areas hunting. Recently I have been as close as 20-30 ft from one of them. Most of the time they just stand there and watch me leave them some of their favorite snacks. The females come the closest to me. The males appear to be 7-7.5 ft tall, females 6 ft tall. Some have reddish hair and some have dark hair. Some have an odor usually the males and most of the females do not have an odor?? They have never threatened me in anyway. I just wave to them and speak to them. I have never experienced any infrasound or telepathic communications. I believe that is just conjecture. They now follow me all of the time and have been getting closer to me each time I am in their area. I am former military and law enforcement therefore I am always armed. However I keep my weapon holstered and have never drawn it when they are around. I think they trust me now. That is all I know. I hope everyone leaves them alone and I am committed to protecting them from any harm. They are human!!
