Sasquatch Research Field Report 10-27-12

I went this morning to my research spot by myself.  I ventured into the East area by the creek.  I pretty much had the place to myself.

When I went back up to the trail from the creek, I had some small pebbles or acorns thrown at me.  I was surprised and somewhat alarmed when this happened.

The first picture is the spot where this happened.  The pebbles/acorns where thrown at me from the north side of the trail where the cliffs where.

Which is the right side of the photo, across from the trees on the left where I was standing facing the creek.

I started to hear clacks.  A little further down the area across from the creek it was very squatchy with ravines, lots of tree cover and tree breaks.

Across from one of these spots I found a 19 inch long by 9 inch wide print by the edge of the creek.

The toes were spread out like it was going to jump onto the boulder across the creek.  There was a faint print about 4 feet behind.  It was in a clothesline pattern.

I was constantly stopping and looking across the creek.  I heard a knock across the creek.  As I was looking at where I heard the knock, I heard another behind me by the cliffs!  I think to divert my attention.  Which it did.

Almost 2 hours later I came back to the spot where I found the print to eat lunch.  I sat on a rock facing the spot where I heard the knock.  After about 5 minutes the hair on the back of my neck stood up and I felt like something was watching me.  I felt it strongly but was not afraid.  I left 10 minutes later.

I plan on venturing into the area across the creek soon.  I would have today but it was snow-covered and slippery.  I may have found another spot.  I’m thinking 3 families there and this is one of them.  I may have found two possibly three family spots.  More?  I will continue to look and see.
