that are being send into the Oxford Lausanne Collateral Hominid Project for analysis.
| Well colleagues and friends, the moment of truth has arrived. We will be sending three hair samples in, maybe four. I inquired about stool and they said no. Here is the study packet.
Each DNA sequence cost $10,000 to perform. It has been a long time since I felt a sense of pressure like this, but there is no looking back now.
If all samples fail from everyone, it would not be good for our endeavor. We must prevail if we are to have a role in helping them in the future. Fortunately, I have always done well under pressure.
I am confident one of the three or four will be a hit. One sample from the nest used for three years in a row, Robins black hair clump, and the third will probably be from Utah.
I have a fourth I am considering off a rose bush with prints that accompanied it. The world is watching. We are grasping the future and praying for a better tomorrow for us and our forest friends. God willing, we will prevail. |

I cannot tell you how excited I am to hear this. I am also anxious to see how naysayers will manage to dismiss it if it comes back as we would all like. “It’s not a Bigfoot, it’s just a mountain gorilla that has gotten to North America and mutated but it’s not a Bigfoot.”
Have you ever asked these naysayers, if they have any evidence to back up their statements? I have…and have received some very, um, unscientific answers. All they ever say is that they “just know,” or “no bones ever found,” or “I don’t need evidence, everyone knows there’s no such thing.” Who is everyone, I ask, and which university did they acquire a Ph.D in Cryptozoology? That’s when the unprintable comments follow. And the “tin foil hat” comments. Of course that comment begs the question…..is there even such a thing as tin foil? Lol
