Bigfoot Sounds Audio

All of these bigfoot research audios were recorded by our Sasquatch Investigations of the Rockies team.

Here are a few of  our best digital audio recordings believed to be Bigfoot related.  Most of these vocalizations are “whoops” just because they are unique to Sasquatch and primates and dissimilar to many other animals in our research areas.

You need a good set of headphones (preferably earbuds) to hear properly. These sounds are picked up from long distances (except Audio #3) with equipment set on high gain, therefore vocals are faint.  We have amplified the sound bites as much as possible.

Remember, if it was easy to record these creatures, everyone would have good, crystal clear recordings!  We hope these are audible enough for you to hear.

New Audio – This impressive 40+ sequence wood knock was obtained while Co founder Mike Johnson and investigator Jeff Yelek laid in their tent on 3/26/2012 in their Central Colorado research location.

This was recorded on an H-2 zoom sitting on top of Jeff’s Jeep Cherokee plugged into an inverter to give it recording capabilities to 12 hours. Both of us were awake and did not attempt to see the culprit in hopes of receiving further communication that evening. The night before we received rock knocking from our own river rocks left on the tailgate of my truck after 5 minutes in bed.

This sequence occurred at 01:10 am on a clear cold night after a very windy day. The sequence begins with a 19 sequence barrage and then by a 28 second break. Then a second barrage of 22 additional hits occur.

Jeff and I could hear this clear as day. In fact, it was very loud and sounded like it just outside the tent. You could clearly hear the log dropped by the culprit as he left as well, which in my mind solves the debate over whether it is wood or mouth. It is wood. It was far to loud as well.

We know the importance of finding the stick and we both looked for 1/2 of days for damages to trees and logs, but where sadly unable to find either.

I personally think our search radius was to small. We looked well over 200 yards out, but obviously it must be farther away.

Sound distance is hard to judge in the forest, especially when it was as loud and boisterous as this event was.

I could not be more ecstatic as a researcher to present you with the best wood knock evidence in the world. You should have been there. Enjoy, Mike J and Jeff Y

Rock Clacking Audio  – This new rock clacking sequence was obtained in August, 2012, by the husband and wife SIR team of Jeff and Theresa Yelek on a recent outing to an area they have been working for awhile. (the rock clacking starts at the 1:04 minute mark)

[audio:http://sasquatchinvestigations.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Rock_clacking_with_them_by_Jeff_Yelek-HPLP.mp3|titles=Rock Clacking Sequence]

They have been working with this new group of Sasquatch in the Northern Colorado area. This is a breakthrough we feel with this group.Theresa also was rewarded with a visual sighting of one.

They were rock clacking back and forth with a group of three for 5 minutes in this recording. You can hear the wind in the background. The sequence was obtained with a hand held recorder.

The audio was confirmed and cleaned up with the help of Cryptolinguist Mononga Hela. We appreciate his help. We are looking forward to many new and exciting experiences with this group in the future.

We hope you enjoy this interaction as much as they did that evening.

Cooler Beating Audio  – This audio was obtained this summer with the help of Tony Lombardo at our NW Colorado location with high end Marantz recording equipment outside of our tent after 03:30 am on a Wednesday night.

This rythmic pattern was also obtained on my Zoom H-2 as well. The pattern repeated over and over outside the tent less than 15 feet from me as we laid in our cots listening. Actually, I think Tony slept through this one, but I woke him up just after this brief beating occurred.

Please be aware it was dead quiet with no wind at all. This beating sound, we feel is a response to earlier communication techniques we are working on that has elicited this type of response at multiple locations including the massive barrage on the first recording.

We are making headway in rudimentary communication, which is a huge breakthrough for SIR this summer.

July 2012 Audio  – This recording was obtained by Jeff and Theresa Yelek at an outing in one of our new spots in North Park, Colorado.

[audio:http://sasquatchinvestigations.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Rock-clack-and-Wood-knock-hear-the-difference.mp3|titles=Rock clack and wood knock]

At 14 seconds you can hear a rock knock and then at 22 seconds a more pronounced wood knock. They were the only ones at this site on this three day trip during the week.

This location is very remote. I was there the Saturday before and I was the only one there as well with my son and his friend.

Audio #1 – This 2:35 minute recording is a short segment of a 3.5 hour recording obtained by SIR on 7/18/2009 with Michael and his son for one night at their NW Colorado camp.

[audio:http://sasquatchinvestigations.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/The-509-AM-Sequence-NCNR.mp3|titles=Bigfoot Baby Barks]

This recording was enhanced or cleaned up with they help of our friend, Mononga Hela, which much thanks and gratitude. The tape is cleaned up in an NPCR format. Some how they generate massive background noise as part of their stay. The interference comes as the come into camp and leaves when they leave.

You can hear the first three hours with little back ground noise. You can hear planes fly over as well. At 02:30 am it starts and they stay until light and birds are chirping in conjunction with grunts and barking. We will post more in the near future.

Use head phones for maximum listening pleasure. This includes the baby in camp barking at length and momma responding with a firm grunt. The bark has been confirmed by others as a baby was recently killed bringing much sadness to our group. We have known that baby’s bark for quite some time.

The chronology is a follows: Possible wood knock/banging at 24 seconds, baby bark at 28 seconds, momma grunt at 1:00 minute, bark vocal at 1:08 to 1:10, another baby bark at 1:48, and loud baby bark at 2:29.

Audio #2 – This audio was captured at dusk in May 2009 in Colorado, as Michael and his son are walking back to their truck.  Michael’s son is talking quietly and you’ll hear a four Whoop Sequence in the background.

Audio #3 – This audio was captured in July, 2009, at 4:00 am, when Scott W. was in his tent.
A pine cone hit the tent and then immediately very heavy bi-pedal footfalls were heard.  The footfalls shook the ground, and covered a lot of area, fast.

Audio #4 – This audio was captured In Sept, 2009.  The double whoop sounds occurred while we were sleeping and we found it when reviewed the audio tape.

Audio #5 – This audio was captured in Colorado in 2009.  The single Whoop is hard to hear,
and must have been over 1/2 mile away from camp.

Audio #6 –  This audio was captured in our primary research area in Colorado in 2010.
You can hear a single wood knock that occurred at 4:12 AM while everyone was sleeping.

[audio:http://sasquatchinvestigations.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/Bigfoot-wood-knock.mp3|titles=Bigfoot Audio Sounds Knock]

Audio #7 –  This audio captured some weird noises that occurred outside our tent at 2:31 AM.

I subscribe to an Australian Yowie researcher – YouTube handle TheRusty222. He produces both great HD video and truly awesome audio. You may want to correspond with him to find out what audio gear he is using. Although your latest clip of woodknocks is excellent. Yeesh that was awfully close.

I think this is one of the best US sites – great work!
